Between a sub and a omega sm300, i do feel the omega attract me more and is a much more cooler n nicer one. Only thing is resale value. Get the one that u really like imo.

My thoughts

If it's preowned, do be sure or knowledgeable on what to check for GS and I am referring to the finishing.

I mean that's the best part of a GS. If a preowned piece has many scratches or any indication of watch not taken care of, I would not proceed personally. I don't think I will enjoy the true Essence of a GS

The snowflake is known for the amazing dial but don't forget that a GS beauty is in the whole watch. The zaratsu finishing is insane

Another take is spring drive. Much as I enjoy the beauty of the smooth sweep, I do miss the ticking sweep of a automatic . I feel that it's what makes me feel that the watch is alive.

But indeed, a spring drive is a nice add on if one has a few automatic.

My cheap cheap two cents only.

i have one new in box LOL.
bought it a year a ago but somehow never got around using it. but i do take it out of the box to admire the dial occassionally :s22:

i'm still smitten by the white textured 9R 10th Ann hidden lion dial that i posted on here a week ago :s22:

maybe if i had a reasonable offer for it ....;)
