Just got a used G3 as spare phone and reformatted and turned off all the battery hungry features like gesture etc even turned off sync. The battery life is terrible. Fully charged just use for awhile it gets hot at the back. Drop 1% like every 2 mins.
Left overnight on flight mode but with wifi on for about 8 hours it dropped 20%.

Is that normal or should I get another battery?

It's still on lollipop btw, thinking of manually flash to MM tonight.

G4. Disappointed with G5, whereas V10 seems a little "long" in terms of size for me. I just can't go away with the back buttons!

As for now, still using a G3.. Covered it with toast wood skin to make it look awesome.

Where did you get the today wood skin?

Should just flash some international Rom, I been using it for about one month plus, everything is good except for lack of volte

Sent from LGE LG-D855 using GAGT

what firmware is your phone when u got it?
mine is a Korean version F460S on lollipop 5.0.1
had a hard time searching for custom rom that works for both conditions: F460S and 5.0.1

managed to find a root file for it,
am still considering if its necessary to root it, but i wish to remove the
camera shutter sound.
seems only possible with root.

My less than 2 year G3 has been constantly crashing and hanging, can't even start up.. Sometimes got kernel crash message, most of the time nope.. Any fixes? Worth bringing to service?
