I just failed my TP at CDC yesterday but I've been having problems with my instructor for a while now. I don't know if I should change instructor as I need to get my license by July.

What do you guys think?? Is it worth it change at the last minute when I only have one month left to learn and pick up the pace?

Hey Sheryl,

May I know the contact number and hourly rates for Mr Tan Kim Seong?

hello sure i'll pm you his no. cuz i not sure he allows no. to be released to the public (since he chose not to state his no. in the list of pte instructors). his passing rate was above avg

regarding the hourly rates, i was under his wing 4 years ago so... LOL idk if my prices are updated or not. :s13: anw i'm pretty sure i would have avoided the peak prices (ex + heavy traffic) because my lesson schedules were pretty flexible. i.e. non peak price 4 years ago: ~$30/hr. idk exactly how much peak price will cost. this excludes circuit booking.

actually if you alr have the techniques then what you really need now is practice. you can continue taking lessons & book your TP for july.

if you dont like your instructor, you can change but just let your new instructor know that youre not starting from scratch.

what you can do also is book lessons more frequently to improve faster. can also identify which part of TP caused you to fail/you didnt do well. if you not confident in circuit/road, can book more circuit practice slots. if you got probs with roads, can focus more on driving around the CDC roads to familiarize yourself with the routes. g'luck :)
