The pneumatic waste conveyance system collection centre (PWCS CC) is located at NorthShore Residences 2.

In other words, Waterfront 1/2's and Straits View's rubbish will all be sucked there.

According to the master plan, it says "Proposed Residential Developments" (you need to zoom in to see the words).

It may refer to the plot behind the country club rather than the whole plot including the club.

Don't think you need any except IC. To be safe, maybe just bring letter of appointment from your current employer.

That's very lucky of you. I know of a lot of friends that are single that has yet to select a unit after a few BTO tries.

Talking about supply and demand

well for me seriously I will not stay at Punggol...even my relatives suggest me just Anyhow choose if my turn come still got any units left...even is low level....

what they mean I can earn a bit passive income by renting it out

but as I have mention, now people want to rent your flat also picky

must near neighbourhood centre easy access for foods , etc

if you mark up the rent fee a bit high and is far away from the plaza....people will not rent your unit .unless you lower it down cheap as your unit is not near plaza.

nevertheless my intention is either resale it or rent but will not stay there " if " I managed to get one unit.

well perhaps is fate tell me no need to think so much now since all taken

actually if you think about Punggol future development... I think you're just being short sighted and sucked into believing the slum talk in edmw.

coz. seriously, with the setup of uni, creative industry sectors and also the nearby seletar area...the demand for housing would be sky high right after mop
