i just got my dad's op2 exchanged at jurong point gadget world service point. the process is like this, you need to send receipt and the chief complaint to the oneplus support email pointed to singapore side, then they will arrange an appointment for you to go down and exchange.

i tried to walk in and ask for support, they pointed me the above process. it took quite a while to get the set exchanged though..

anyone has gone to simlim to check out if there is casing and temperd glass? i want to get a cheap casing for use
