I have encountered a problem with my redmi 3.

When I travel to certain parts of Singapore, eg JE, Redhill area, the data would become 3G/H+ or no data at all.
When I then go back home or travel to another place which normally has 4G connection, the phone will remain as 3G/H+. I will need to reboot to get back 4G.

Anyone with such problem also? I'm on Singtel btw.

Seems like a hardware issue. Still under warranty?

All local set including all telcos sets are pre-installed with all Google Apps. Don't worry about it.

If u intend to use whatsapp on it, I wouldn't recommend. Coz u will hv delayed notifications from time to time. Reason being google play services is not installed as system app.

No. Miui issue. Happen to my Mi4i too. Only notice this happen in recent Miui releases. Now travelling in Shanghai. Same symptom. Sometime you need to reboot phone to get back 4G connection.
