Ok, pasted, now my whole phone is rose gold
It makes the screen look slightly thicker, but gives the protection I'm looking for and it's still thin enough that it's still lower than the IPaky rubber edges. Manages to hide the long scratch I have on my screen (dunno how I got it scratched).
Has about 1mm gap all around between it and the IPaky case edges on the front screen. Sort of a white 1mm border now.
Screen is still sensitive enough to scroll and activate the icons without issues
Screen brightness soften now, not so glaring.

Overall, I will recommend it. Got it from AliExpress from the link someone who also bought it earlier in this forum

Update: Got the rainbow Newton Rings effect...tried to re-apply but still have...going home tonight to try out that baby powder trick from a link someone mentioned here previously
Also, noticed that the screen protector left/right edge is smaller than the width of the screen as it covers about 2mm of the sides...no impact (ie doesn't cover up) to display of icons
