Not vested in stocks but with very slow pace of interest rate increases I'm sure REITs will be huge beneficiaries.

Shipping/Logistics wise no idea but I see it as a sunset industry in 10 years time as more and more tasks are being digitised with technology disruptions.

Demand for non environmental sustainable physical goods will diminish as the world move towards clean and renewable energy.

I fear Hanjin will trigger a new crisis. Many containers are unable to unload in ports all over the world.
