Maybe they damaged the antenna by mistake...

Don't think many people here removed camera, hard to find anyone facing the same issue..

You are welcome. You can also verify if your phone is real or fake using this website: http://www.mi.com/verify/#secur_en

I recently bought a Redmi Note 3 export set from Smartcell and was verified as real Xiaomi and not fake.

Good thing about Lazada is the 14 days refund policy. If found out to be fake, you can always return and ask for refund :)

Hi,

Does this website work for China Export Set Mi Max? Because I tried using this to determine whether my Mi Max bought from New Star is authentic or not, but it seems that both IMEI does not exist. Does it mean that I got a fake Mi Max, and am eligible for Lazada Returns?

EDIT: Apparently, the SN on the box is different from the one in the phone as well.

Att benchmark can hit 77k, and battery can last 7 hours screen time can use already. If still uncomfortable, then explain to cso for return, afterall better prices now.

I had similar scare by checking both IMEI no. Worse still, I bought from local street shop said to have local Xiaomi warranty. Ultimately I emailed Xiaomi support & confirmed it's authentic with local warranty. They replied me it's authentication sw issue. Perhaps u wish to email them to verify.

None of them will be like Note 7 stylus which has an active digitiser. For phones like Mi Max (and other touch screen phones), it'll be one of those stylus with a soft tip. There are some slightly better/sharper ones out there but these will be approaching $100 and still won't be anywhere near as good as Note 7 in precision/ease of use/features/etc.

The Mi Max support Nano-SIM and Micro-SIM, is the Micro-SIM in 1st or 2nd SIM slot?
Since it support 4G + 3G, if I used both SIM slots, can I set to use Micro-SIM as 4G Voice Data as company one is Micro-SIM and personal one is Nano-SIM.
Thanks.

Micro SIM is on 2nd slot.

Yes, you can set the 2nd slot Micro-SIM to using 4G Voice Data and 1st slot Nano-SIM for calls.

I'm on the train now. On my left side is someone with a Samsung OLED phone, on my right is someone with an iphone 6.

Immediately very obvious that the Samsung OLED is very vivid and beautiful. The iPhone display is just like mine, the display is common for most phones. Ordinarily, if there's no direct comparison the display is okay but when one on one, the OLED wins hands down.

The tech sites have to dig out all kinds of technical equipment to justify why iPhone display is better. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating, who cares how hard they try to use such abstract technical mumbo jumbo to support iphone.

Jus saying because I'm still lusting after the Note 7 LOL.

Ya!

Super AMOLED of Note 5 and 7 still wins hand down in vividity of display. :)

Me on Note 5 too. If only my Mi Max has a 6.44" super AMOLED display! Gosh then!

I rather not have amoled. More prone to screen burn in...
