i cant remember have a not...
think have..
Do I need to exit the gantry to transfer to another line or are lines inside a station and no exit is necessary?
Using this for example..if I want to go to Tokyo Sky tree from Ueno station.
Take ginza line to asakusa station then change to asakusa line to oshiage station.
The key thing is whether they are of the same company or not. If they are of different company(for this case they are different), then you need to exit company's fare gate and enter another company fare gate for the next line.
Ginza Line (Tokyo Metro), Asakusa Line (Toei)
This rule applies to all railways (include subway) ?
It should cover Sanjo as Sanjo lies between Chushojima~Uji/DemachiyanagiCan advise me how it's work?
I am interested to buy this ticket online but does not understand
if it goes to sanjo station from yodoyabashi (Keihan Line)
or it only goes from yodoyabashi to chushojima(one-way)
and what are the available sections for unlimited ride
〔Keihan Railway〕Chushojima~Uji
Chushojima~Demachiyanagi
Kindly advice??

need some advise on on getting from tokyo to nikko
As i will be staying at Shinjuku.
Was thinking of taking a train from Shinjuku Station
From HyperDia costing was about 7200 yen with reserved seating.
Or if i purchase the all nikko pass @ 4520 yen.
its cheaper but the journey will take longer, i guess?
Any advise on how to better to travel to nikko?
Hi Can anyone tell me where does this event describe in this website https://www.yosakoitokyo.gr.jp/ held? Is it near ikebukuro station or shinjuku station?
Thanks in advance
all-nikko pass is probably the most worth it coz it also covers the buses in nikko.
other alternative such as shinkansen or ltd express requires a change of train in utsunomiya and the time saving isnt a lot.
Ikebukuro station West Exit.
