are using these Netflix VPNs, legal or illegal?

nope it isn't... provided if you can still find one that works with Netflix, it's a cat & mouse game now. it may work today but not tomorrow.

Hi guys, am new to Netflix as I just signed up for the free 1 month trial. I have purevpn but have not tried the Smart DNS feature on the tv - figuring out how to set it up..

My question is, do I need a separate netflix USA account? Or will I be able to automatically stream Netflix USA once I have setup Smart DNS on my TV?

No need US account but Netflix started crackdown on all VPNs & SmartDNS this year. Your PureVPN may or may not work. Good luck!

If want to share at least must share among close friends or close relatives like your sliding as they can see your personal info like credit card when log into your account. Can not share with stranger. Common sense tell u everything. May be a boy friend share with his girl friend. No gf or close sliding mel?

I don't think this is legal.

Of course not legal. Legally only 1 subscriber and other members of the family can watch too. Other members of the family can contribute some $ to pay for it. May be gf and bf both contribute 50% of the fee. I think everyone will sure have a close girl friend or boy friend. It is just something personal.

VPN Blocking

Hi guys, has anyone else noticed that recently their VPN blocking is abit unstable? I was able to get US content with my VPN enabled for about an hour yesterday and a few minutes the day before, which never happened before. Previously I would only be able to see the program line up, but when I clicked on an episode to play it, it would just pop up an error saying I'm using an unblocker or proxy.
But over the weekend I was very surprised to find that I was able to actually access the US content! At first I thought wow, Netflix is finally ending this blocking nonsense, because frankly speaking their SG library is still showing stuff that's uncensored, and having to maintain separate libraries must be taking a toll on them right...but then I got the blocking error message after about an hour, argh!
Still, it's interesting to ponder how I was able to access it in the first place. Maybe they're blocking IPs based on a list that's not updated that frequently, and I was assigned an IP by my VPN provider (Witopia) that's not in their list? In which case I might be able to get through simply by reconnecting until I get the right IP. Anyway, will test out my theory abit more tonight and update here if I can get through again...;)

If you use a vpn service with shared ip then u get blocked. If it is a dedicated ip address for individual user then u can watch from USA. Any way the movies is very old. No point la. I rather rent blu ray to watch.

Hi Henry, thanks for the info, I'm gonna look that up right now! Oh, and I'm using Netflix to watch drama series like House Of Cards, Luke Cage, Marco Polo, etc in 4K and Dolby Vision... For movies I also prefer bluray, but I'll soon have to upgrade to Ultra HD bluray, cos after you've gone 4K, 1080p just doesn't cut it anymore...:D
