i think the 'saving power in the background' option really makes some difference.
default setting is standard.

where u bought ? price ? cheaper than xiao mi max ?

Huawei Honor Note 8 gathered 5.3 million reservations since its first flash sale announcement. While Chinese brands usually get few reservations for each of their devices, the bulk orders surprised Huawei tremendously.

The Huawei Honor Note 8 Android smartphone was released in China on Aug. 8, Monday. The price point is at 2,299 yuan, approximately $345 for the 32GB model.

Huawei Honor Note 8 carries a 6.6-inch display with a Super AMOLED panel. It has a quad-HD 1440p screen resolution and an incredibly thin all-metal body design at just 7.18 millimeters.

The Huawei Honor Note 8 is integrated with an octa-core Kirin 955 processor and a Mali-T880 GPU. It is powered by a massive 4,500mAh battery and equipped with a 4GB of RAM and a 32GB of internal storage.

2300 yuan is $473 SGD before adding any import costs/etc. So it's quite a bit more expensive.

it never officially stated it supports QC3 but from the Feedback here, it seems effective.
on my end, i don't know why the QC3 charge the phone so slow. like an hour 30% despite i used the supplied cable.

Which stage was 30%? E.g. Normally 0-80% is faster, then the last 20% is slower trickle charge. E.g., If 0-70% 1.5 hr / 70-100% 1 hr, actually not bad already. So comparing a snippet actually not that useful cos some parts will be faster/slower, a better gauge would be a fuller charge for the overall speed.

Which charger did you get btw?

Can consider getting a USB checker dongle to monitor the voltage/current. Maybe your charger faulty or something, if you don't see any improvement vs the stock charger.

Got my M1 Shop Mi Max couple of hours ago and just noticed that it's not totally flat length-wise. The middle is lower when phone is placed screen up. Anything else noticed this? Hope I didn't get a lemon unit.

I bought 1 set from Lazada smartcell, the LCD screen pops out and GAP in between the back cover. When you tap on the screen can hear tapping sounds. If you look straight into the right side buttons. You can see the gaps. Now returning the set to Lazada..

Best if you have pic to illustrate what you mean.

"Middle is lower" meaning if you rotate the phone on a flat surface, it will spin easily?
