That's seller custom/modified ROM aka China ROM with 'Global' text description, so no OTA updates.

Since no official global for your 64GB, either:

A) Stay on current MIUI 7 ROM without OTA updates or

B) Flash to China stable/beta ROM and install Gapps separately or

C) Flash to EU ROM.

You are using a non official china rom.
Its a modified rom.
Recommend you to flash to china official rom.

Flash confirm lose data. If the phone is stable, jist use it for now until global stable is available...
