Only in a matter of time, SingTel sure to explain what gone wrong.
Why bother with explanation if it's to quench our thirst for curiosity. Not that in the future can help them to repair anything.

I only hope they learn NOT to have this fault again. That is big fat hope.

And they must blanket compensate all Singtel 4G users. My internet is different account than 4 mobile users in my home.

I hear VQ user now got connection problem.

PM Lee call the CEO also cannot help.
All depends on extend of fault and problem solving skill level of people on the ground.

Pressing them also no point. But confirm kena fine big.But all these big local co. don't bother much about reputation.

Business internet is not down, issued them with business service problem resolved

Corporate customers have the financial means to make Singtel pay for disruption.

Die die Singtel will expedite theirs first.

2 groups of mobile data users waived.

1. Singtel postpaid mobile subscribers who are also Singtel fibre broadband subscribers

2. Singtel postpaid mobile subscribers with same billing addresses as the fibre broadband subscriber.

Too bad those on prepaid kena left out.

certain reply is slightly verse off traffic

if you have read, other people posted static ip is not affected which i guess those on brn plans (brn not affected, but u say they expedited theirs?).
next u say pm lee even if call will get same issue, so the workaround is to issue him brn/static ip.

that is the basis of my reply for your last response

Lol corporate/business lime also down. My mum's company also can't access to the internet to work. (Since all their work is on other country server. More of less upload and download of data for work.)

It happened to Starhub. Now is Singtel. I did mention before, this downtime can happen to any ISP.

I remember a lot of people wanted to jump from Starhub after the recent breakdown. How silly is that. :s13:

starhub issue is very small actually cos its only DNS
where u can apply immediate workaround

same cant be said for this incident

thats how severe was this issue!

but instead the reseller of singtel in another thread is totally a laughing stock service now, kena sabo when they just launch service
