Most likely is motherboard leaking, even a fresh new CR2032 battery goes flat in a few days.

CMOS short jumper set correctly?

Just try changing the jumper to '2,3' for 10s then change back to '1,2'

Currently its working, the date did not reset, have to wait for tomorrow to see if there is any relapse

From what i see, my motherboard capacitor is looking good?

I see, i thought it will be obvious. Btw, the problems comes back again when i on my computer earlier. Everything restart.

If its capacitor leakage, recommend to get new mobo or repair?

No point repairing. There are some cheap 1155 boards on sale now at vr-zone, around 45 to 60.
