Disconnect the HDD or SSD and see if it boots into BIOS. If can, HDD or SSD problem. If still cannot boot, you need to a spare PSU to confirm if the PSU is bad. Otherwise, just RMA the PSU.

If still can't be fixed. I think I will maybe DIY a new pc for gaming. My pc is 3 to 4 years already. Maybe I should change. My this pc have been repair many time le.

Any recommendations on some items. My budget is 1200 to 1500 sgd. Can someone recommend me a good, reliable and fast GPU, CPU, motherboard, PSU and ram. Which brand or models is well known. Sorry I am a noob in pc hardware. Please forgive me if this is a noob question

BTW amd or Nvidia who is better now

I am building a gaming pc which can play league of legend, fifa 2017,battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 and GTA 5 in ultra or ultra high setting

i cannot recommend u anything at this moment now because it will be irresponsible to do so. give it a few more days as intel next gen is releasing. then from the performance reviews and pricing it's better to design something to your requirements. but generally, a gtx 1060 ~ gtx 1070 might be enough for u.

i assume your monitor is a 1080p @ 60hz one?
