Which model they have no stock?

4a ,4 or 4 prime?

Newstar's 4 prime grey is OOS, but they still continue selling as if got stock. Then they will try to persuade pple to change to other colours (Gold/Silver). Got one kum gong buyer kenna persuaded to change colour + they didn't refund him $10 (coz Grey was +$10 more than other colours). The shop gave him all those screen protectors shiats that can't fit well.

I'm seriously thinking of initiating a refund from Qoo10. It's a no-guarantee wait.... can be 3 weeks, can be 1mth... a year maybe?

How long will Qoo10 hold the payment from the seller if the seller didn't initiate the delivery? (since they have no stock, they can't initiate the delivery loop)

Will they also restore the Qpoints used?

Redmi 4A uses a different screen protector than the Redmi 4/4 Prime.

4A size is different than the 4/4 Prime.

Eh the screen protector is meant for the Redmi 4 as shown in the picture, with correct sensors cutout.

The problem is that due to the 2.5D curved glass, regular flat screen protector could not cover the curvature parts of the glass. This is normal for all tempered glass on a curved glass phone.

I don't see any problem with that and nothing to shout about.

It's a hardware design, software update can't change it.

Nope, it's still a 5" display.

Yes, 高配版 refers to the 4 Prime with Snapdragon 625
