I suppose Guojing had a much better internal energy understanding then MCF.
九阴白骨爪 i think is a corrupt version of the proper technique?
I never read the novels, need experts to verify.

There is no 九阴白骨爪 in 九陰真經. 1st half is the 內功, 2nd half is the 功夫.

黑風雙煞 too stupid to understand the 2nd half and cannot learn, so they turn what they understood into 九阴白骨爪.

Somemore MCF 九阴白骨爪 is based off Quanzhen 內功, not 九陰真經 and learn till she crippled, until GJ taught her proper Quanzhen 內功.

HR is the one who included MCF's 九阴白骨爪 into 九陰真經 but being very smart, she properly integrated the 九阴白骨爪 with 九陰真經內功. This was the version Zhou Zirou learnt, not MCF sloppy version.
