I realised the lock screen p/w dim out very quickily, before i can key in anything the screen lights out already. Anyway to rectify this?

U can try to enable "Tap to wake" so that u need not press the Power button to wake up the screen.

i am using meizu m1 note with 8 cores and it is quite smooth except for instagram which keeps freezing every few potos

wondering if the redmi 4a can allow continuous scrolling without getting stuck

I think for instagram is the andriod app problem, even my phone with 810 cpu instagram also keep freezing when browsing many potos.

As long as your request to unlock the bootloader is approved, u can install any rom, including the China rom or Global rom.

But remember that the waiting time for the request to be approved might take a few weeks to a month.

u dun need to reg, so long u have receipt from lazada of official xiaomi sg can already.

yup lazada official 4A have 1 yr wty.

those depends on it as well. but mostly are shop warranty. (I mean u need to see if it SG or export model.)

oh ok, but did u see any form of IDA sticker or any words stating Xiaomi SG? if not probably that is modify china rom that feels like global rom.

u can consider getting a actual gobal rom or china rom.

Hi, not sure if this has been posted before. I just bought a Redmi 4A but it just can't connect to my home WIFI, why is it so? How to make it connect? I also found all china made phones can't connect to WIFI, like Lenovo. Thanks!

which router are u using? and did u turn of 2.4Ghz? next have u tried near to the router (just a few m away?)

M1 ASUS router. What is the issue with 2.4Ghz? Is it suppose to be on or off? On/off on the router? How do I do that? I have tried just 2m, also no connection. Thanks.
