According to the FAQ, if you sign up then TransitLink (public buses and trains) will use the MasterCard contactless part of your combo card, not the EZ-Link part. You can still use your card's EZ-Link wallet if you wish at merchants that accept EZ-Link payments. For example, you can tap in/out of the MRT using MasterCard contactless and then hop into a taxi and pay with EZ-Link (in taxis that accept it), all from the same dual card.
thanks for the info. would the ezlink purse still auto reload if i use it for taxi, for example? and would i still be able to top up at GTM?

Interesting. shall use. Will it if touch in and out on 2 different cards i.e. ezlink will be charged twice?

http://www.uob.com.sg/personal/assets/common/pdf/ABT FAQ 2.pdf

UOB's FAQs have more info. apparently the charges are consolidated every 8 days or every $15 spent and posted as a lump sum. and the terminal won't show your fare when you tap out.

6. Will I earn rewards/rebates on my contactless payment in transit?
No, these transactions will not be awarded rewards/rebates. However, you can win free train
and bus rides worth S$1,000 every week and up to S$15 rebate when you tap and ride.

Fevo

Received an interesting email from Fevo

Mastercard has partnered with the Land Transport Authority and TransitLink on an Account-Based Ticketing pilot* to introduce Mastercard contactless payments on buses and trains from 20 March 2017.

Now you can tap and pay for your rides with your FEVO Prepaid Mastercard® by registering for the pilot. No more top-ups. Just tap & go.

Look out for more information on the pilot from us on 20 March 2017.

Opens up new possibilities for 4mpd on public transport...

Does anyone have the link to register for titanium rewards card?

Hi PTransport,

Are you referring to the Mastercard® Tap & Go™ for Bus & Train Rides registration?

Registration for the pilot has ended, and the next available date for registration is on 20 March 2017 at https://abt.transitlink.com.sg/.

For further enquiries regarding the pilot launch, please call the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Hotline at 1800-2255-582.

same here, I registered my OCBC titanium rewards and DBS womans world but no news whether the registration was successful

This is from OCBC's FAQ:

"5. How will I know if my registration is successful?
TransitLink will send you an email on 19 March 2017 to your email address provided during registration to confirm your registration."

Guess we'll only know on 19 Mar?
