They have phone counseling now for those "straightforward" cases. That's how many ppl approach them I guess. Cuz phone saves time, so they can deal with the more cham cases face to face.

If you OCBC card, you can call them, they will tell you suspension due to DCP

I think the excess to credit card can get the bank to transfer to saving account. If no saving acct maybe can request for cheque ba
