2mpd is not worth it for me, as I can get about 2.5 with US cards both online and offline.

Could you explain please with examples for specific category spent earning 2.5 mpd?

Also - can one use US issued cards with iPayMy and CardsUp?

No.

I assume that additional .5 is rough add-on due to currency exchange difference - 0.7USD==1SGD.

However main problem in a long run remains with problem paying of the US credit card bills while having income in SGD and thus having the necessity to transfer SGD to USD and (this is important) - do not pay add-on 2% via currency exchange which singaporean banks impose.

No foreign currency exchange fee even if not paying in USD? Eg non-US websites that use other currency by default.

0 foreign fees, regardless of currency or location of the merchant. The only risk one might take is the FX spread when making payments to US cards, if you do not have any US deposits.

Have an upcoming rdtx payment. Does anyone have any experience whether paying online thru the standard web portal allows the bonus points?

Hi Guys,

Sorry for asking this question but I can't seem to find any thing about it after searching. Would paying SingTel bills online get 10x points for DBS WWMC?

Anyway to pay SingTel bills without a Singtel online account and still earn CC points? Cause StarHub bills can be paid online without logging into the account.

Am not aware of any such way, but why not ask them to create an account for you? It won't take much time I think.

I'm in the same situation. The only SingTel service I have is a cross carriage TV service for BPL. Apparently, you cannot have an online account for cross carriage services. So all along I'm paying my bills using FEVO. I'd there's another way, please let me know!

Online purchase of car insurance

Anyone know if online payment to Aviva, NTUC Income etc for car insurance will earn 10X points? I know it is stated in TNC that payment to insurance companies are excluded but not sure if it;s enforced.

Somehow payment to Starhub no longer considered online since start of Mar, this affecting other cards for online spending also.
