Stable.. I was using Global Stable 8.2.1.0 previously. This update is 70mb

So far still ok for me. Play Store issue is solved but under Play Store settings, device certification is now "Uncertified" (SafetyNet test has been failing after this update). A quick look on MIUI Forum shows some are facing issues with GPS (unsolved since 8.2.1), laggy gaming, front camera video recording audio issues and battery drain but these could be isolated cases though.

Ic. To me global rom might not be the best but it is the most fuss free rom if you use google services.

Lineage FTW! I'm running my Mi5 on Lineage 14 and no regrets

Pros
1) Regular updates with latest monthly android security patches, easy to flash with just one touch from the settings menu

2) Totally lag free

3) I prefer the stock android UI to the MIUI, and Lineage is close to the former with additional features

Cons
1) I cannot use Androidpay (no biggie) and Singtel WIFI

Of cos no update.
Must understand the Global ROM is made for ****.

That's why you must change your region to India in order to be able to update.
