Slammed between Quad / Colours. But since balance units in Quad are facing the other blocks, we gave it a miss. The land behind Quad and mirage will have future school and more high rise development. The land behind Colours will have future cc and medical centre.

We decided on Colours because the unit is facing Quad and not blocked by any high rise building. Also no afternoon sun.

So payslip is nov 2015-nov 2016 + latest 3 months?

Meaning: if you apply to stay near husband's parents, your husband's birth cert is needed. (And vice versa)

Wanna ask you about your appt. That day you booked, did you also sign the agreement?

Also, did you apply for PPS scheme too?
Is it required to have the marriage cert at the point of application or when go down for selection appt?

Thanks so much for ur Long post!! Really appreciate it cos I'm applying for MCPS too! Can start planning on ur Reno and what not!!! I'm thinking of gg for the old flats but it taken might settle for Mirage or any at Colours/Quad!

Current rate : 19/25 for CCK 4RM as of 20/4/17!!!! Means 3 have selected so far and it's not even 2pm yet!! 😂😂😂

The signing of the agreement and collection of keys as said by the officer in charge "will be high chance same day as collection of keys "

I did not apply under PPS scheme.

Regarding marriage cert. The person said it's has something to do with the approval of grant. No marriage cert = no grant approval. Apart from that I do not know. Haha. Sorry if it's of no help.

If i apply under MCPS to stay near to my gf's parents, do my parents have to come down for the flat selection as well? Or would my gf's parents be sufficient?

12 months payslip only for grants application.

Otherwise, 3 months payslip as indicated is sufficient.

Applied under MCPS as well and went for my selection already. Nope your parents won't have to come down if your mcps is applied based on staying near your gf's parents. As mentioned in the previous posts, important thing to note will be that you need your gf to bring her birth certificate to show her relation to her parents. That will be the proof that she's their daughter.
