"An "Extract from our Archives" states the meticulously kept, up-to-date information registered in the Patek Philippe Archives since 1839. It can be ordered for any Patek Philippe timepiece older than five years. This service costs 150 Swiss Francs (new tariff), or the equivalent amount in your local currency.
Please complete the form indicating your watch details (movement, case and reference are mandatory). This document accurately reflects the information held in the Patek Philippe Archives register (type of watch, movement number, caliber, case number, style, type of dial, date of manufacture, date of sale, bracelet type, additional information if any); it cannot be considered as a proof of authenticity, nor as a guarantee.
The "Extract from our Archives" will be sent within a period of twelve weeks from the receipt of your payment."
