Was about to ask, from flat booking do you immediately know when your 2nd appointment / key collection will be? Or is it another unknown how long waiting game of not knowing when the 2nd appointment will be?

2nd appointment can be as long as 4 months wait

anyone ?

Not aware if any alternative arrangements can be made. But yes, for MCPS, it is a must for parent to be there.

does anyone know currently per day how many applicants?

much thanks :)

Login > Application Status - New Flat > [Your Ref/Reg No.]

The last queue number for the day will be displayed here, once the selection exercise for you area has started.
Different areas and room type will be different number of selections in a day.

My application is under MCPS too. Yes, the parents have to be present during flat selection. My in-laws cant make it as well. I have called HDB and they said I will have to write in an email to my officer-in-charge. I just send it to this email - hdbsales@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg. And schedule with the officer another day for them to go down. I have yet to receive the officer's reply.

If you do not make such an arrangement and go down without them, your application may be cancelled.

FF = Flat with Floor Finishes
OK = Open Kitchen
OF = Open Kitchen with Floor Finishes
RP = Repurchased Flat

These information are available in the information leaflet

im a little confuse.
Correct me if I'm wrong :s22:

FF
- have kitchen wall partition
- have floor finishes

OK
- no kitchen wall partition
- no floor finishes

OF
- no kitchen wall partition
- have floor finishes

If nothing was mention
- have kitchen wall partition
- no floor finishes

Am I right? :s11::eek:

How about those with optional sanitary fittings/door/etc?

I saved this from another person's post. Hope it helps? :s8:

FF - "Flats with Floor Finishes" These flats are provided with floor finishes in the living/dining rooms and bedrooms.

OK – “Open Kitchen” concept This flat has an “open kitchen” concept, in which there is no partition wall between the living/dining area and the kitchen.

OF – “Open Kitchen” concept with floor finishes This flat has an “open kitchen” concept, in which there is no partition wall between the living/dining area and the kitchen. The flat is also provided with floor finishes in the living/dining rooms and bedrooms.

If not stated, means default

Flooring and wall tiles for kitchen and bathroom
Flooring for service yard and household shelter
All internal doors (rooms plus toilets plus household shelter)
All sanitary fittings in bathrooms (means HDB sink, tap, toilet bowl, shower head)
Reason being as they are SBF flats you don't have the option to opt in or out of anything therefore the default HDB flat will be as above. All these will also be included in the cost of the flat already.

yes, is a must! if she cant make it, then rmb to contact your officer to arrange another date for her to go down. Also rmb to ask what documents you will need. Default documents are their marriage cert, your birth cert only (to prove they are really your parents) and both of their ICs.

When i apply for sbf i selected both MCPS for my newborn and PPS as my parents stay at the same area e.g seng kang.

So meanings to say the mcps make my ballot result higher and I fall under pps scheme? So my parents have to go down.

What if hdb say ur sengkang and ur parents were 4km away.. not near and not eligible foe grant?

Lastly does they really follow the total grant table as what our average hse hold income...

e.g average hsehold 1500-2000
grant amount 75000.
add on pps 20k means 95000?

later go down only say 40k lol.

After you log in, click on your application status, underneath your "Application details" you can see "Queue Number".

My one reads :

Last Queue Number invited for selection of a 4-Room flat in Kallang / Whampoa under the May 2017 SBF exercise as at 27 September 2017 : 00006

Can also call hotline 1800-866-3066 to check via automated answering, but must key in your IC and your Registration number for your ballot.

thanks.......

As long as you fulfill all the requirements, why not?
