my guess
if starts from 720k = nps price, level 2

now starts from $798K = dps price + level
assuming 4k per level for a level 15 unit
(13 x 4k + 720k) * 1.03 = 772k * 1.03 = 795k

mine is 100K difference compared to the price at first launch :

Anyway, the revised price seems comparable to Brownstone , visionaire EC...

China, I'm positive about that. First 2 to get the ballot were china couples. the first chose the 11th floor 4br. But not surprising la. Even china buying hdb so why not ec.

Sim lian increased price by 80k for my unit.



The original price for #01-34 is $713k.......so now price increased to $798K, it's a whopping 85K difference...:s22:

the price almost the same.but Inz will get real dirty when construction for tenggah and the school starts. And it is really far from mrt.

yep....price is forward looking and now price for PC has rebound and on uptrend....

recently launch PC at Le Quest (Bukit batok ave 6 not near MRT) sold at 1200 to 1300psf (without free carpark lot) :s13:

if there is a new PC at CCK area now, definitely it will be > 1000psf (even if it is not near MRT)...

bounce out units at Treasure Crest EC at SK, not that near MRT ( > 1KM to SK MRT), is sold at similar price as Wandervale....:s13:

Tiny Brownstone EC ground floor facing pool unit sold at > 900psf..

Sol Acres EC 100% sold out now at similar price...:s12:

Actually #01-34 ground floor pool facing unit is quite a value buy only at $798k ( $833psf) ...

I went to Brownstone EC last month, and a bounce out unit of ground floor pool facing unit was sold at premium price at $907psf.... ie. $829k for a much smaller 3 rooms of size 915sqft..:s8::s8::s8:

and it was snapped by someone within 2 hours released of the bounce out unit by developer....:s22:

Agreed that MRT is really far from Inz.
Mean you pay a premium for the location and also amenities around Wandervale.

Isnt the tengah line being planned? One of the station should be near to inz i hope

i considered Inz very carefully right after wandervale left with those low floor units. I've even been to HDB Hub to look at the tenggah line and estate but the proximity to the tenggah line is really not as near as what most people think. It would take at least 15min by foot and definitely not within the 800m radius

Is Ok la. You already booked Wandervale and i think is a good buy compare to Inz.
Let count down the TOP date ba. If TOP is 2Q 2018, i have to start planning the reno theme.
