It's okay man. I'm from less fit, I know how you feel. You'll get used to it eventually!

Your answer is in the first post.....

MANGKOK GUIDE TO SPF Enlistment 2017

There will be three main IC positions to fill, the Squad IC, Squad 2IC and the Communications IC. The comms IC will be the one to liaison with your CM & FI, and let them know where you are. They get to have a charger, but do not make this the main reason to become an IC. If you were from an uniformed group in your secondary school, please volunteer to become the IC, it will make your stay at HTA a lot smoother, trust me, been there, done that.

These three IC positions will be allowed to carry their phones with them as they are the main contact between the squad and their FIs/CMs

I saw it, but our CM told us that to every IC post, there're 3 main points, and told us to come back and figure it out and get back to him on Monday...

I was thinking, if we just say it's the liason between the squad and FIs, it'll just be 1 point, but if we split it up and say we've to let the FIs know where the squad is, and what the squad is doing, it'll be 2 points... I can't get it to 3 :/

The Squad IC is there to take charge of the squad, and to carry out any instructions given by your FI or CM through the Comms IC.

The Squad 2IC is there to take charge when the Squad IC is not around, for example if he is called for a meeting with your Coy Comm, or if the Squad IC is on MC or LD.

In a way the Comms IC is also the second Squad 2IC if the need really arises

We have 2 squad ICs and 2 Comms IC tho, so i guess in this case, the Comms IC will take the squad when the first squad IC is on MC and the 2nd squad IC is unavailable, and the 2nd Comms will do the Comms role?

Sure, I don't see any problem with this statement....

I guess your cm has to be really paranoid about people taking MCs or LDs to have 2 comms ICs
