No diff. Feels a little laggy after update when launching apps but will usually return to normal quickly. Battery still pending full day use. Warning: Downloading update was extremely slow. Took 4hrs to finish the almost 1GB file.

Yes , downloading the update is very very slow. Started at 3.30pm till now 2100...only 75%.

For the officer that handle me, he do not even ask me to prove the issue and just check my warranty status and proceed.

Just pay a visit and let them check for further action

Mine I replaced the thermal paste. Hopefully they still accept mine lmao.

1) apps crashing or wouldn't start up
2) a few auto reboots
3) keeps getting prompt that google services not responding, theme not responding, camera not responding and a whole bunch of functions not responding even though i am not using any of thosdle

Question is, is this a motherboard issue or can i correct this? I have tried soft reboot, unistalling and reinstalling apps.

Not helping much. Left with hard reset.

Use smart doctor detect battery usage. I uninstalled an app that really drained my power. Kept running even though I stopped it. Then back to normal. Fyi, that was before software update. Yet to monitor consumption after update.

I left the phone on showing the same screen on the way there. When I showed it to the officer, the image ghosting was very obvious against grey background. I sent in on Saturday and got it back on Tuesday.

Do whatever backup u need as phone will back to factory state after warranty. Do take note screen protector also will removed as well so do buy a spare one before u send
