I've been wanting to make a Genius Bar appointment for the past 2 days now but I notice that the appointment on the web client is always fully booked. So I decided to camp out to see when would they release a new day of appointment and only to find out that upon release they are all booked.

Anyone here has experience with making appointments at the genius bar before? are alternatives to make booking such as heading down to the place?

Earliest appt is on 22 Feb, with more than 10 slots to choose from, doesn’t seem to be of any lack..

I actually found out that they have a ton of iPhone slots but very very limited macbook timeslots. And it seems that they almost only cater to the newer macbook models and non for the older series.

Oh well. looks like i'm gonna have to go with qcd or a.lab. may they have mercy on me.

You might regret going through an AASP..

I rather wait for Apple store than them..

Yeah I would want to get serviced by them. But it seems like there no longer service the older macbook series.

how old? I had my 2012 MacBook Air serviced a few months ago.
