look... in any commercial dealing two commercial service providers... there MUST be some SLA signed... the deal must be beneficial to both parties... which MVNO will sign a deal without any sort of SLA agreed upon...?? or u think singtel can handle a multi-billion business anyhow...?? if they wan to be bully to the MVNO and have unfavorable terms... they will lose their business to other telcos like M1/Starhub liao...

i am talking about prioritisation of traffic and calls and didn't mention anything about no SLA. MVNO users still can call and use data, just that those who signed up with the actual carrier get priority to the cell tower. which part do you not understand?

1 new problem with the zero1 SIM cards...
cannot access the “my singtel” app...
there is no auto login when i am using the mobile data.
when i tried to key in the Zero 1 phone numbers to get 1time pin,
it says “! Please enter a valid 8-digit Singtel Postpaid mobile number."

Have your number ported to zero1?

Same issue before my m1 number was ported. After ported, using mobile data have auto login. Actually only auto login can use my singtel app. Using wifi to request otp got the " Please enter a valid 8-digit Singtel Postpaid mobile number"

Edit : using wifi can login with OTP.

ok then where did you get the source about the SLA and compensation?
think logically. someone offer a similar service for lower price using your own network, will you give them equal priority with your own users?

MVNO has been offered in other countries for years. just do a search, there are so many discussions about this.

Not a new problem bro. By right zero1 users are not supposed to get usage stats from Singtel app. But due to some error, some bros here able to get their usage stats from the app.

sure there is prioritization... doesn't mean that the MVNO's bandwidth will suffer since the telcos still need to maintain the SLA...

it's like u have an expressway with 5 lanes... u carve out lane 1 is dedicated exclusively for bus (i.e. the MVNOs) to use... so no matter how u prioritize the traffic.. lane 1 is still lane 1... even if other lanes are all full doesn't mean that singtel users will be able to use lane 1 because doing so will breach the SLA and the MVNOs will then demand for compensation...
