Saw there is PRS barring in the my singtel app. Yesterday night applied and this morning received sms from singtel, PRS barring service has been activated.

PRS barring is free... always have been... cos it's a requirement by IMDA...

The one on zero sign up is "calling number non display (private number)"
registration fee $10.70
pay as you use $5.35

When u sign up an account, did u see the pop up to congrats your that you have score the discount, $19/mth? If u have, after you chose the number and all, did u scroll until the end to see the discounted price? The price is shown after u scroll way down.

Add your new number to singapore's DNC list. If they still call or SMS contact DNC department and shoot those people. But note that there is a grace period after you registered your number on DNC

Done that. Shall wait and see. The calls i received seems to be from the previous user's contacts

Did u click on the link to create account? If u just create an account by going in from zero1 website, it won't recognise u as eligible customer. U need to use the link provided to create account then can work!

sharing with those who wanted to sign up with number porting, you should be able to do so now with the error fixed. has nothing to do with type of browser you are using, or file size of your uploaded ID. was just a glitch on their end during the last few days.

i don't agree that we should pay or be billed for that unusually long waiting period or delays unless fault is on me (for example, having outstanding bills).

looking at current situation (those super delayed ones, not getting any response or updates from 01), imda should probably be notified and hopefully give them a push. if you recall, this is similar to when fibre broadband first started, opennet and isps were "flooded" till things got out of hand (waiting time was up to a year or more), imda then step in to regulate.

just my humble opinion, this is not about paying peanuts and thus getting monkeys here. since 01 has given promise to meet our expectations, then they should keep to it, and not keep quiet.

I think they close the $19 sign up earlier. Was able to see the $19 sign up yesterday, but today afternoon no more.

Dual sim phone, both sim can receiving incoming call and sms. Only out going call, sms and mobile data need to set which sim is active.

You can set the starhub sim for outgoing call and sms, zero1 sim for data.

I switch data to zero 1 my star hub no bar on network lea...

I only received 3G/H+ at about 0.25mbps they even throttle the H+ speed, cause i tried H+ on a starhub sim card and the speed can go up to 18.4mbps
