I'm from JC! Got exactly 70RP, took PCME but realized that Science wasn't my cup of tea towards the end of J1. Didn't wanna waste time so I just pushed myself all the way for J2 - almost moved to poly at the beginning of J2 though - but here I am now. I applied for Social Work and they gave me the interview for it. I think I stayed in the wait list for a good 3 weeks or less! Don't worry so much about it because a lot of people put SUSS as a backup and are waiting on offers from the Big Three - wait list also means you have been cleared for the interview. Again, cannot say for sure if rejections are not possible but the small margin of possibility is there! What did you apply for o:

There is around 10 students per group in the group interview. So there will definitely be people of different course in your group! :)

The moment you are done with your registration for interview, the staff will pass you a clipboard where you have to enter a computer lab. There will be name tags on the table (beside your name there will be a 'index number'). For mine, there is like around 20 (?) students per interview slot. Then you all will be divided (index number 1-10) in the same grp interview room. Then the rest will be combined into another group. So the person next to you at the computer lab will most likely be in the same interview group as you.

Only after the group interview... you all will get further divided into the course that you take... (for your individual interview) :)

So it goes like this: Essay & Cognitive MCQ test (everyone in the same interview slot take together in the computer lab) -> Break down into Group interview (according to index number 1-10) -> Further breakdown into the course you take (for individual interview)

Ps: the index number is according to the alphabetical order of your name.

When you reach, they will give you a clipboard with 2 sheets of paper consisting of the article and your personal particulars needed for the exam. You can't refer to your own notes during the test, but if you reach earlier you're allowed to copy down your own notes onto the sheets of paper on the clipboard. (Need to bring your own writing materials) Honestly just reach earlier, i reached 35minutes before my interview time and there was already alot of people there. All the best! :)

You get to keep the article during the essay writing, can refer to it and look at the notes you've jotted down on the article! They will only collect the clipboard back at the waiting room while you wait for the 1 to 1 interview (order of the interview goes like this: essay writing > cognitive test > group discussion > 1 to 1 interview)

Roughly how long are we given to copy our notes over to the paper?

The earlier you reach the more time you're given to copy! Once you reach they'll pass you the clipboard while you wait for registration (maybe a 3 minute wait), during registration the staff will tell you that you're allowed to copy your notes onto the article. You can copy over until 2pm when they start with the briefing for the interview. So basically just go earlier so you have more time to copy your notes! All the best :)

We cant bring in our own notes? hahaha liddat i recopy notes abit useless
