anyone got problem with the genting account?

when i login, it ask me to update contact so i can login thru email next time. Then it send me activation mail to verify email

after verify, still cannot login because they say account not activated. then repeat from step 1 again.

like this forever no need login liao

I also faced same problem as you. Keep going round and round, email to them few days also no reply.

Just now tried to "forgot password/reset" instead of "activate account" and voila, problem settled.

I think most important is book early. My friend tell me he had to redeem some GP, but mine was 0GP when i book in march (dunno glitch not lol). Sometimes the booking display page say need XXX RM but you click in is 0RM one. I also dunno why. Anyone kena before not?

But actually, most important is donate a lot to casino

Anyway, 7-10may got free parking for Genting Silver! remember to redeem.
