Hello, anyone here facing issues with zeromobile? Was unable to port over my number to ZM for more than 1 month... when they finally replied and told me that I requested for a new number instead -_____- Waste my time and still dare to charge me leh. Like that can go to CASE anot ah?? The cust serv took so Long to reply me also!

i chose a new number initially. after using for about two weeks. i requested to port my number over. its was ported over within 3 to 5 days

The app works well when I was overseas but the issue is that you'll need data overseas in order to receive the calls/sms

now can receive sms and call on the app meh? i don't need outgoing, so many voip provider that is able to call homeline.
i go oversea will always buy the country sim card, no problem with data.

Wah so fast. Think they screwed mine up and their cust service is basically non-existent. Want to terminate also got problem now.

Dont think the zero1 got this function yet. On the other hand, the MyRepublic mobile app is very well designed for monitoring call,sms and data usage.

The additional 2gb data is for the first month only?

Zero1 throttled speed still very usable leh. If you on $19 plan and always watch YouTube/Facebook, I don't think its wise to go over Circles.
