Hi everyone!

I am in need of recommendation for a instructor that teaches manual around SSDC or CDC area. Prefer taking night lesson (around 7pm - 10pm) as i am working till 6pm every weekday for this month (JUNE). Lesson can be anytime on weekends.
Next month (JULY), i hope to be able to take lesson almost everyday as i want to get my license before august.

Actually, can anyone advise me if it is possible to get license within 2 months.

Please let me know if you have a good instructor recommendation or review!

Many thanks

Provided you do it almost everyday and your driving is not an issue. test dates appear 2 months earlier (e.g. take test on nov, sept the test date for nov will appear.)

I took my btt 10 yrs ago and am thinking of taking my ftt in july. What is the fastest i can complete my driving lessons? I have block leave for 2 weeks in july and not sure if instructors will be willing to cram the lessons intensively in the two weeks... any advice? Thanks in advance!

Mr Ng teaches auto at Admiralty MRT area (I registered under Woodlands Driving School and was assigned to him). I took exam at SSDC and passed on first try with 6 demerit points.

Took 31 lessons in total; 6 with a previous instructor called Mr Lim Thiam Eng, 25 with Mr Ng. I know that it's quite a lot of lessons as compared to the average learner, but unfortunately I'm pretty bad at learning things.

With Mr Ng, I took 13 circuit lessons; 6 of them at Level 1 (exam area) and 7 of them at Level 2. The rest of them were on the road, learning U-turn, change lanes, and the regular stuff.

Mr Ng is usually more hot tempered in the circuits (understandably so, since the concepts of parking and adjusting are fixed), and a lot of students will complain that he is very naggy. I personally wanted to give up before taking the test.

I would recommend him to people who are aiming to learn under him as a student and not as a paying customer as he is not the type to care about money.
hi bro is this manual? would u recommend him? pls pm if u do :)

Mr Eng at Ubi teaching Auto is very good.
Mr Steven teaching manual at Ubi too.
So is Benson teaching manual at Woodlands.
Mr Zheng teaching Auto at Bt Batok.
And Mr Lim teaching manual at Gombak.

Plus Mr Azman and Mdm Lim at CDC.

Reviews say they are all extremely friendly and patient with many years of experience! And very understanding and flexible too!

hi bro looking for benson, manual, woodlands. can pm? :)

Hi guys!

Been reading this quite awhile and decided to start posting.

I took BTT about 10 years ago and now I feel it is time to chiong for the license!

Same concern as most ppl here.. really want to look for a reliable and friendly instructor (don't want to throw away hard-earned money just to get scolded or time waster..). So far I see a few recommend pdireviews.com. Not sure if it's just me but this site just don't seem to be really trustworthy...

Is there anyway or anywhere to really get a good feel and be confident in finding a reliable and good instructor..

Hi all,
I managed to score a 18 pointer in my 1st attempt today, very lucky to pass but nonetheless I will like to mention that my Manual Car instructor Mr Michael has really been a very patient and knowledgeable instructor throughout these 4 months.

Some info about Michael:

Location: Ubi, always meet at the Coffeeshop beside the driving school.
Speaks Mandarin and English
Patient and very willing to teach
Last lesson is at 4.30 or 6pm, weekdays and weekends
Rates: $36/hr, TP test $250 for car n insurance etc.

Good Luck to all!

Hi do you mind pm-ing me his number? I’m looking for a class 3 PDI!
