Why? Are both under the same NRIC? MR has no contract, so by right can be ported.

Porting from mvno to mvno might be still new. Perhaps some time needed.

Both under my NRIC. The reason they give is port-in number failed due to not number owner. Maybe need to go down to their office bang their table a bit.

I have no issue on hub 4g prepaid so I suspect is mR issue lor theirs backend enginner didn’t optimised it yet so stop a beta I supposed

I’m now on CL flexy no issue on most mrt beside the dreaded nEl line lack of bandwidth when on a peak hours on a weekday
Yet to try MR On NEL. What I know is my main m1 line, has what people have said, issues with m1 on NEL.

On EWL, m1 has issues between Tiong Bahru > Outram Park and Outram Park > Tanjong Pagar. Internet radio will buffer, the issue has been there since a decade ago

Lol. I just sign up new line to test water. End up I think I might cancel.
Same same. I ported to MR from M1 as this is my second line. Need to save money first, wait till I start working then port back to either Singtel or back to M1.

So far, experience with network is not that good. It's what I expected that of stuckhub network

Some more it's a VMNO riding on starhub infrastructure. So the performance definitely will be pushed to its lower max point.
