Although I am quite a Genting regular gambler but there are still many things I don't know. If not of this forum I still do not know my free room comes with free breakfast. And till date, I do not know where I can buy more than 1k NN slot credits....

Only Crockfords comes with breakfast right? The other hotels dun hv as I know. As for the NN slot credits - why not just ask yr host - surely she will be able to advise.

Just had a genting host for few months and never ask any question or request to arrange anything except hotel reservation.
Also never contact RWS and MBS host before... basically I don't what they are for... hotel/restaurant booking, Isn't I call and book myself easier? Hosts are extra to me loh.
Btw, my recently experience to Genting, a black uniform casino staff (maybe supervisor or manager) approached and asked if I need "cashless" service.... oh boy, sound like "ah long", but he emphasized he is not, he told me I can withdraw up to max RM20k at the counter if I wish but in return place an empty cheque with them as deposit... what kind of service is that? I told him I am not interested.

It's like a credit advance to you. But u r given 1 week b4 they cash in yr cheque. No difference to u if yr current account has sufficient fund or u hv ready cash to replenish yr account. But it will be suicide if u dun hv ready fund to meet yr issued amount in case u lose away the $$. But i hv no idea how much interest they charge in case cheque is cashed in after 1 week. Within 1 week repayment i think no interest n they will return yr cheque. For sure u r seasoned enuf not to use "future" money...

As for the host - since u hv her contact, just Whatsapp/ msg to her all yr request. I nvr called but just Whatsapp/ msg only.

That's why I ignore them, it's a suicide act if do not have self discipline.

Genting doesn't give my kakis Friday and Saturday room.

As far as I understand, if yr kakis go up as frequent as u do but probably only play/ bet less than u do, then they will be offered at least a FWH room on Fri or Sat. It's only the type of hotels that genting will restrict but they will still welcome visitors with an open arm even on Fri's or Sat's.

I have 5 regular kakis that travel with me and I am the one who do all the booking online. Unfortunately, none of them are offered with GG/Maxim on Friday or Saturday, not even Resort. That is why I mostly choose Sunday departure so that all of us have rooms at Maxim. Once a while, when we wanted to travel on Friday and you know, I will be the one who ended up sleeping at FWH or using GP to book extra room ~~~ I am the "youngest" so I have to give the best to the elderly

How is the seats and leg space? It's a 42 seater bus but more expensive than the 27 or 30 seaters from other companies like wts or kkkl?

I have taken the Transtar premium coach to Genting before.

The seats can be the leather or non-leather type. Leg space is pretty comfortable for average length leg passenger like myself. The seat adjustment types can also be mechanically or automatically via control buttons.

For the night coach, the bus will transit to KL to drop off passengers prior going to Genting. As such the arrival time compared to other coach companies are slightly later.

The coach ticket prices are cheaper in the non holiday season but exorbitantly expensive during this period.

Try checking back on the pricing in July after the school holiday. They may revise the price downwards.

Edit: latest check is that the pricing after school holiday has been revised downwards already. The return trip tickets via Premium is only $51.

Marketing Host is there to make your experience better. You can ask them to get you better hotel or more nights (dependent on betting), invitation to concerts and special events. My hosts at RWS and RWG have always been very engaging. Don't be shy, just use them as much as you want since got gamble. Normally they won't turn you down one.

As for the other, this is actually called Casino Rolling Programme (CRP). Every casino have different programmes.

For example, RWG allows you to withdraw 20k RM* for a Blank Cheque, to be redeemed within 2 weeks I think. In return, you can order Food on the house while gaming. This is what I was offered at SkyGold. If you don't redeem, they will encash your Cheque after the deadline. *This amount will increase if you keep on use CRP.

In RWS, there is a programme called Fortune Cash. Buy In minimum 10k SGD (I previously mentioned RM). In return, you get 250 Bonus GD for every 100GD you earn (first 200GD only). Subsequently, 250 Bonus GD for every 200 GD earned.

Any good Genting host to recommend? I used to buy the PP programme direct from genting hotline. But it seem like kind of troublesome for all the arrangement and have to play at VIP side only.

Host are assigned by Genting themselves when u r a Gold/Plus & above member.

Thanks. Can solitaire go all the way up? Transtar office told me sometimes can sometimes cannot (WTH does that mean)

We are a family of 4 with young kid so not going all the way up would be damn troublesome. Wouldn't want to have to take the skyway and wait hours just to board.
