One of them is me. Still think so, very bad location and price. You are paying that price for an ec the outskirts of SG. Thanks to Mergui and friends, the condo newbirds, developers and government are laughing their way to the bank. And sengkang punggol plenty of such ppl so I’m not surprised at all.

Seasoned property buyers and those who do research will get a resale. It’s good that we have mergui and friends, uneducated and uninformed, that’s why I am always in the top 20% in school or at work. We need ppl like them to sustain the economy.

I’m hope most are still smart buyers. If $1200psf, what is EC for really? But sure many will be in panic / emergency mode as usual. Too bad if we want to let developers dictate the market.
