Android Oreo update. The UI is caters more for youtube red and netflix. You will get use to it and grow with it

Anyone updated theirs lately? The new UI looks weird.

There are 71 pages of people moaning about problems wth this update....most of it is just resistance to change.

Im holding off till Im absolutely sure this won;t alter my experience...i cannot afford a bricked shield while world cup is on.

You can join a local FB group that teaches you how to install an IPTV apk similar to the ones in other brand tv boxes that lets you watch local TV and international.

May I know where u guys get the toggle apk? I tried using the one from apkpure but doesn't seem to work. Shows a black screen only

Use Apk extractor on any android phone to extract the toggle app. Send the apk via bluetooth. You will get the latest ver. That way.

is geforce now available in sg? After the latest shield update, i log into my nvidia account and all I see is a handful of android games. Cannot see any nvidia games. Click on GeForce Now Store, its blank, and just shows "your games will appear here."

I read on news shield geforce now can link to your steam games. Must I do something on my nvidia account to access these games or is it not available in sg yet?

btw, i go to geforce now tab at the bottom, test network and it shows me "ethernet test failed". I'm using M1 without vpn, no problem watching youtube or kodi.

Geforce now is available for free for now even after oreo update but it wont be for long. Nvidia just announced a revamp of the Geforce now so they will be charging again.

For steam games, you are better off downloading steam link app via google store and run your steam games from there. The best thing abt steam link you dont need high end gpu to do it.
