If i'm traveling from Shin-Osaka to Shinjuku.. I'm riding SHINKANSEN NOZOMI to (SHINAGAWA).

Qns 1: Can I book the SHINKANSEN NOZOMI ticket at Shin-Osaka station?

Qns 2: Do i need to go out of the train station at (SHINAGAWA) to purchase a train ticket and ride JR YAMANOTE LINE to Shinjuku
or
can I purchase JR YAMANOTE LINE ticket at Shin-Osaka to Shinjuku?

see e left side of e pic where e officers are? u have to show them yr shinkansen ticket n JR pass. for any other normal JR station, no ticket but still have to show them JR pass.

but not sure which rental company should i go for?
I tried searching through Tocoo however they have alot of costs like
T.A.S.(Compensate for N.O.C & Towing Fee) which is $1,350 per day
ETC rental 324 yen/day
etc
Tried Jalan.net seems ok but during the account registration they need a Japanese name. not sure if they are strict about the name if it does not tally with the driver's name as i tried to convert my name but its not totally the same. Any idea?

if u want reserve seats u need a tic. unless u ok with yr kids sitting on yr lap e whole x number of hrs for e journey.
