Just remember kirin 980 will be the 1st phone cpu to b crafted in 7nm in the world, that will make the decision simpler

I used s7 with Samsung in house cpu, confirm it's super hot when playing my favorite game, it actually killed my s7 motherboard 1 month into my purchase of s7. Bill came at 600 bucks to replace it, luckily I shown my telco contract I got free replacement, now same game emigrated to mate 10 pro, it's still warm but never got the hot feeling as in my previous s7. Lesson to learn,: stay out of samsung 's in house cpu. There are reasons y samsung never sells its in house cpu to major markets like US, China, Europe

A number of shops now selling new Huawei Mate 10 at S$560, thinking whether to buy or to wait.

I feel the new SOC should be significantly more powerful the one existing Kirin 970.

Having said that, the Kirin 970 is still no slouch and will easily meet users' needs. Also, I am not expecting any significant change in things like camera on the Mate 20 series. Huawei tend to make big changes to camera with the Pxx series it seems.

First time I heard 3 cameras, seriously? I think I have heard of more cameras than 3, but not for taking pictures.

was surprised to see that the latest update 8.0.0.138 (c637patch01) actually addressed PUBG issue.

was experiencing some erriatic graphic with the game before the update.

coz Huawei's rising so they have to target whoever's climbing to or almost at the top..

Btw, just in case, "OK Google" is now working on the phone (the phone can recognize it after the upgrade to b138 for the non Pro). It can wake up the phone however if you have the security features enabled, you still have to unlock your phone.
