Hi Nakedtoes, I would like to check with you, any cons for China ROM. If not, maybe I don't flash my phone to a global ROM.

I'll say the con is to mess Ard with installing playstore, getting ur google contacts to sync, get whataspp notification delay fixed.

Since u r able to flash rom, such issue should be easy to overcome.

This phone is using the same Samsung sensor as S7 edge.. So u tell me is S7 better then S6?

lol no all samsung flagship uses its own sensor that no other phone gets to use. its obvious once u search up on cmos sensors which u clearly never did.

sensor isnt everything either. rn5 has bad software and lack of ois, mr joker.

The camera on xiaomi phones are just "so-so" for me. Nothing good, nothing bad. Even my Mi 8 can't fight with my friend's S8. S8 still better. But Redmi Note 5 camera is definitely good for $300

Suggest you only install apps from play store and don't anyhow click on any pop ups.

You may have to change your passwords and keep a close watch on your bank accounts if you use the phone for banking.

You may have to back up your personal data and reset the phone and install only apps from play store and don't anyhow visit suspicious websites.

I comparing iPhone X and redmi note 5 lar..photo only.. Video I didn't try but note 5 full HD video is quite good..

Very impressive if N5 a less than $300 mid-range phone can beat $1000+ iPhone X photo capability.

The Google Pixel XL, Barr none.
It's that freaking good.

But to be honest XM note 5's imaging capabilities far exceeds expectations in the industry and can best similar or higher end competition.

Focusing beat iPhoneX flat down.. IQ iPhoneX is more saturated more pleasing to the eyes. Go MI store and play the camera..u will be impressed.

mine. motherboard problem. phone kept losing power. then it won't be able to turn on again unless i shake the phone.

is your phone bent? use a ruler to check.

Volte allows u to use the internet while talking a receiving phone calls.
