day to day use got no difference from mate 9 got abit of frame drops here and there also especially when using gestures. mate 9 lcd/digitiser also really good. better colours, lower touch latency.

is when gaming where differences really show, smoother gameplay and lower power draw on the poco. wouldnt upgrade if i were you, wait poco f2 if really inclined to get. you will also miss huaweis supercharge.

actually the AI algorithm for me is pretty useful. i only have about 10 apps installed on my phones and i think the AI prioritises apps that i use the most, so it keeps the apps running in the background or have allocated memory lane/cpu bandwidth for it

i find apps i use the most, mainly whatsapp and Snapchat launch same time as my pocophone which is quite surprising considering higher clock speeds from the sd845 + 10nm proceds vs 16

im still using mate9... going 2 years in 3months time.

no lagging..no battery problem..
last time i use samsung...usually batter will deplete or become laggy.

only complain is camera problem which i havent fix.
Cant focus properly.

Anyone got this problem?
I sld go service center to fix ?

Mine too going to 2 yrs on Dec. It's still going strong. I don't have camera issue. Saw on FF that the next update B377 will come with GPU turbo. But i might change to Mate 20.

Is there anything wrong wrong speed in the first place? It's already a v speedy fone for daily use even after 2y.

I've stopped trying custom rom long ago. Comes with too many bugs and trade offs in other areas. Unless u have the time to keep testing and trying
