Am thinking of picking up a Galaxy watch at Best Buy today so am wondering if there is anything I should be aware of?

In terms of warranty and Samsung pay for example? (I'm using non-Samsung phone, does that matter anyway?)

How about LTE when im back in Singapore?

Im buying the US version BTW

If you are buying US version, is as good as buying the Korean version from Qoo10. The warranty will be by the seller and not Samsung direct.

You need to also follow some steps posted by a bro here on setting the Samsung Pay to work here in Singapore.

Lastly, US version LTE are tied to their telco, e.g AT&T, etc. You can’t get it to work in Singapore. The only way is to wait for Singapore Telco to release the LTE versions.

I just called Samsung Experience Store Bugis, the lady sales said that Galaxy Watch (BT edition) will be release in Singapore on 6th Oct. There WILL NOT be any demo set in the store before the launch date.

Not sure why Samsung SG is so low profile on launching the watch this time round.

Was at Harvey Norman Hougang Mall. Saw the boxes of Galaxy Watch on display at $398 for 42mm. So I tell the salesman I want one. I asl him, sure can buy ah?? He says can!! He open the cabinet and took it to the cashier..Alamak, cashier says Samsung says can only be release on 6th Oct. I ask them cannot sell why display...sorry sir sorry sir. I heard the cashier tell the salesman to cover up the cabinet!!!

I have small wrists. The 46mm would look very bulky on my hand.

If cashier cannot input, salesman also LL.

I have voucher from HN, thats why.
