U need to go to Whatsapp setting and change .

Under settings/notification/lights

After factory reset, both my SIM cards functioning now. Singtel Postpaid as SIM1 and Digi Prepaid as SIM2. I stayed away from Phone Clone this time.

In total darkness, my phone have totally no bleeding light.

My only problem now is all my Notification Badge is just a green dot. Can't find a way to make it a numbered red dot.

It happen again while using the phone this morning... Not sure what can be done now. Even if they give me a new one, it is useless.... For those who has pasted their new screen protector, don't waste money first, I think there is quite a number of bugs. I use my phone quite intensively and while travelling. So, maybe that's the reason why I discover so many problems.

exact same yellowness for my phone. More obvious when when using phone in the dark with brightness at 0.

The bottom pic, get a black picture, then turn your brightness to maximum. I got similar results. yellow blobs ):

I'm sad that this is true but I guess there'll always be bad batches. Hopefully hw can help!

In case anyone facing the same situation.

I called HW hotline, they told me to go down to their technical centre AKA 313 Somerset store for a walk in consultation. Will probably do it in the next few days. Will update again!

tbh if want to get black colour they might as well choose other model. I believe the main reason why 99% of us went for m20pro is because of the outstanding colour LOL~ or at least is just me :p
