Hi bros and sis,

Not sure if this issue was mentioned before, but anyone can help me with this?

Currently when I receive whatsapp, the notification will show on lock screen that I have x messages from whatsapp, but I can't see who sent the messages. Is there any way to work around this?

I believe you can rectify it with settings>notification>lock screen notification> show

anybody knows how do we sync gallery pictures and notes to Huawei cloud?

I found that the GPS pinpoint location is not accurate. When playing Pokémon Go or JW Alive, the location pointer is not accurate. It was not moving when I was walking. It will jump to another location after I walked quite a distance and the new position is not accurate too. Huawei make a statement that the GPS is more accurate than other brand, but I feel it is much weaker compared with my old phone-iponex. Any expert can teach me how to solve this problem. Thank you

To those that missed "double tap to sleep" feature, there is a lock screen widget that you can use but it only works on stock launcher

anyone manage to have Google Pay working well on Mate 20?
when I open the Google Pay app, it will auto prompt a lock screen login, follow by a signin page to Google account. when I type in my Gmail account, it will says account is already on this device.

I need to recontract since got 150 off voucher from Singtel.

Mate 9 was good for me so I was reluctant to change. But I went for mate20 since I still can sell my mate 9 after recontract only top up abit for another new phone.

That's why I didn't go for Mate20 pro.

LOL, huawei has banned my facebook account from doing any comment because I've been informing all the affected customers about the fact, while huawei smoke bomb them by saying the green tint is a "feature". You guys should head to their facebook page and flood their thread with your issue in order for them to recognize it and do something about it.

Don't believe their PM, as long as there's no official statement, they will take their time and ignore you guys, while you guys can't use the PM against them.

The screen issues have been brought up on many news sites so I think it's a little hard for HW to swipe this under the rug
