Minimum 5 working days if you return it at bank branch and complete a form on token replacement.

Sent from 瑞特斯波德 using GAGT

Called their CS hotline yesterday night, and they will be sending a replacement token. Won't be able to access iOCBC until receiving it...

Hi there,

Cash rebates are generally awarded based on the MCC (Merchant Category Code).

Purchases from FavePay will appear as an online transaction but it will not be awarded for dining rebates even if you purchased vouchers from dining merchants.

Thank you for the reply. Does the same apply for non delivering food apps such as waitrr (payments are made thru the app to specific food vendors before food collection)?

Hi there,

Can you share with us on which card you are checking on?
We will like to check on the classification of the transactions with the relevant department.

Sure it’s the 365 card.

Hi there,

Thank you for the information.

As different cards have different terms & conditions, we are checking on this with the relevant department. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Hi there,

We have checked that WAITRR is a dining merchant, and therefore will be eligible for 6% dining rebate.

Hi there,

Could you drop us a PM with your contact number? We will arrange for our service executive to look into your loan account, and call to assist.

Hi ocbc. How do i retrieve my online banking access code, tried submitting the form using my atm card number but unable to proceed (Didn't use the frank debit card number because i was given the wrong frank card design and still waiting for response by ocbc, so i didnt activate it).

Also, what will happen to my ATM card if i received and activate my frank debit card in future? Can i still use it or it will be discontinued?

Thanks!

Hi PCJunkie,

You should be able to retrieve your access code online if you have an active card, the PIN number, and is able to receive SMS-OTP on your bank registered mobile number.

Could you try again, and drop us a PM if you are still having issues with it? Do let us know if there were any error messages shown as well.

Alternatively, you may call our hotline at 1800 363 3333. Our service executive will be able to advise you on your access code after verification.

You will still be able to use your ATM card when you had activated your new FRANK debit card.

I received the message below

"Sorry, but we couldn’t activate your card.

We need to send you a One-Time Password and you’re not registered to receive one. You can call us on 1800 363 3333 (+65 6363 3333 if overseas) for help."

No idea why they are saying about activating card

Hi PCJunkie,

We would like to look into this, and also arrange for a call to advise you on your access code. Could you drop us a private message with a screenshot of the error message, and also your contact number?

Hi there,

Topping up of your Grab Pay wallet will be eligible for 3% rebate.

Payment made via Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for dining transactions will be eligible for dining cashback.

Dining cashback (6%) is applicable to spend at dining merchants locally and overseas with their main business activity classified as "Dining" which includes restaurants, cafes, caterers and fast food outlets.

Online food delivery is applicable to online spend made at food delivery merchants with their main business activity classified as "Dining". For example, Deliveroo and Foodpanda.

Do note that the above mentioned rebates are only applicable when you meet the minimum spend of $800.

If you have further queries on this, please drop us a private message, or call our hotline at 1800 363 3333.
