I just received a call from Huawei that I can go to their service centre (walk in) at 313 but the guy on the phone was extremely rushing and annoyed if i asked more about the process.

What are your experiences... They just honor your exchange and can leave without waiting or inspection? Or what are the procedures?

Couple of weeks ago i applied a tgsp.. Do you guys get a new one from them or do i need to buy it again? I asked them via FB but never received a proper answer..

did they sent any confirmation? or we just wait and wait and wait for the call?? i feel so paranoid because i went to the service centre and it took me less than 3 mins for the whole process - only asked for name and contact number & inspected my phone for 2 seconds..

They took my name and contact number. I also PM them in FB after a few days. They called me after around 2 weeks or less that i can come over to exchange.

I didn't wait for fb's initial reply and went straight to the service centre. When it's my queue number, I wrote down my name and contact number on the back of the queue number slip. He took my phone and 'inspected' for about 2-3 seconds before returning it to me & said they will call me 1-2 weeks later for the exchange. They did not even asked for proof of purchase/warranty card. The whole process less than 2 mins.

I double confirmed with him that we can surely have our phone exchanged. But I failed to ask him why 1-2 weeks later when the rest already have theirs exchanged.

I'm not sure how they going to process the exchange, i wrote my number in pencil, damn paranoid the color will fade off when they want to call me. Seemed like they just collect the queue slip and dump it there without inputting any data into the computer.

Thanks for replying - also wondering if you know for the exchange, can we change the color? I'm having the black color now but would like to change to twilight haha.

Seems like we gonna wait a while longer for more Screen protector to release for now i just settle with my case and rear camera tempered glass protector!

Just went to Mobile hardware in burlington square..., their clasy screen protector works, but still, it seems the sensitivity is reduced quite a bit.....

Saw the lady put a lot of effort in getting applying the protector on my screen.

Previous one... wasted.

Thanks.. My green screen is not that severe but still very visible in the dark and low light. So i presume they will do a thorough check. Hope it does not take too long. Let me know how yours turns out!i go ard aft office hrs

i went this morning and ask. they told me within these few weeks. but it's not a 1 to 1 exchange directly. you need to pass them the phone for 5 hours or so to transfer the IMEI number and serial number to the replacement phone.

Interesting to hear all these different stories.. On the phone the guy told me even to back up before i go to 313.. I presume direct exchange.. Very confused. After service sale in Singapore can be improved i have to say. Esprcially in providing information
