It works. Tomorrow u try go at 11am. Just say hw called you to go down to COLLECT. Then they will take down your name and contact number and ask u come back 45 mins later. I did it this morning.i actually went down on monday. they say cannot.

by the way, for the screen green tint problem, you all contact HW through the Facebook chat or just directly goes down?
I contact thru fb, no reply so walked into 313 to leave down my details. Today also walked in to collect although they never ask me go down to collect.

by the way, i use an app called "OLED Tools" to do uniformity test to test. Can actually check for image retention and green tint problem. scary

Just sharing my experience on exchanging my M20Pro with LG screen.
If you don't go down with the SMS like others here, high chance is they won't give you the powerbank. Which happened for me =(
CSO explanation was that the powerbank ties to the case no. which you would only have if you have received the SMS from HW.

If u use such stress test tool, suggest to bench against other oled phones as well to get fair baseline
May I know if they repair the screen to give you a new phone? And how long they need?

They will do a one to one exchange..
